An Unstoppable Midsize 500 Rack and Pinion
If your steering feels loose, it’s most likely your worn rack and pinion. SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 for your Polaris Ranger Midsize 500 is the perfect solution. It features X24 Technology and is built to last over 50% longer than stock. Plus, you get more responsive, precise steering.
X24 Technology for Ultimate Power
X24 Technology is what puts our RackBoss 2.0 for your Polaris Ranger Midsize 500 over the top. With a dual-bushing design with PTFE bushings at both ends, it reduces movement in the gearset and tension spring. This results in more responsive steering and 50% less wear. Plus, it’s greaseable, so it’s easy to maintain.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our RackBoss 2.0 tie rods are constructed using ultra-durable swaged tube steel for maximum strength. Each tie rod end comes with robust heim joints, featuring 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads. They help provide exceptional reliability. They’re built to endure the toughest rides.
