Boosted Durability with a Dual-Bushing Design
RackBoss 2.0 removes almost all unwanted internal play by using our X24 dual bushing design. With heavy-duty PTFE bushings positioned at both ends of the rack, the rack gear and tension spring are nearly motionless. Without extra play, you can ride harder with bigger, heavier upgrades and still see less wear than a stock Honda 1000R steering rack. That durability is boosted even more with the inclusion of a grease zerk that makes it easy to keep it running smooth.
Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our steel swaged tube tie rods give you exceptional strength in a lightweight package. The flared-out design makes the 7/8" diameter tubing even more durable. Our solid steel tie rods are made with 1” diameter bar and paired with our industry-leading chromoly tie rod ends.
